They are all fully trained and certified from organizations including Shimano S-T.E.C., Barnett Bicycle Institute, and SBCU through Specialized.

Basic Service: $80

Think of it as your bikes basic checkup, we will set up your brakes and gears plus give the wheels a tension and true.

Basic Service

Adjust bearings: Headset, both hubs, and bottom bracket to be as loose as possible.

Adjust gears: Adjust derailleur set screws and cable tension and/or adjust internally geared hubs.

Adjust brakes: Secure, inspect, and lubricate lever, cable, housing, and caliper. Adjust caliper pivots. Adjust pad alignment, centering, and clearance.

True wheels: Minor lateral wheel true to .5mm tolerance.

Checkover and external lube: Check torque on bolts, inflate tires to maximum pressure rating. Lubricate chain, cables, derailleur pivots, and brake lever pivots. Make sure all accessories are installed correctly and working properly.

Test ride: Check for slipping, braking power, shifting performance, and noises.

Quality control inspection: Checklist filled out and given to customer.

Not included: Tire or tube install, cable/housing install, brake pad install, grips/bar tape install, spoke install, pedal install, chain or cassette install, derailleur hanger align, removal of seized parts, or suspension service. Does not include installing accessories.

Annual Service and
Cleaning: $130.00

Our most popular service! Preventative care is the best performance policy. With this service we will strip, clean, lube and adjust your full drivetrain, polish the frame, set up your brakes and clean, true and tension your wheels.

Comprehensive Tune-up

Adjust bearings: Headset, both hubs, and bottom bracket to be as loose as possible.

Adjust gears: Adjust derailleur set screws and cable tension and/or adjust internally geared hubs. Install new cables and housing.

Adjust brakes: Secure, inspect, and lubricate levers; install new cables and housing. Secure, inspect, and adjust caliper, and adjust caliper pivots. Adjust pad alignment, centering, and clearance.

True wheels: Minor lateral wheel true to .5mm tolerance.

Checkover and external lube: Detailed cleaning and polishing of frame and fork, check torque on bolts, lubricate cables, lubricate brake lever pivots, inflate tires to maximum pressure rating. Make sure all accessories are installed correctly and working properly.

Remove, clean, lubricate and reinstall drivetrain: Cassette/freewheel, crank set (both arms), both derailleurs, and chain. Remove, clean, lubricate threads, and reinstall cartridge bottom bracket bearing. (Serviceable bottom bracket bearings are not removed.)

Test ride: Check for slipping, braking power, shifting performance, and noises.

Quality control inspection: Checklist filled out and provided to customer.

No additional labor charges to: Install a new drivetrain components, cables and/or housing, pedals, grips or bar tape, or to align the derailleur hanger.

Not included: Tire or tube install, brake pad install, spoke install, removal of seized parts or suspension service. Does not include installing accessories.

The New Bike Feel $325+

Make your bike good as new, we’ll perform a complete rebuild, install any new parts, and get you rolling with brand new tires and grips/bar tape.

Complete Overhaul 

Overhaul bearings: Hubs, headset (using loose bearings without retainers), and bottom bracket. Adjust pedal bearings.

Adjust gears: Adjust derailleur set screws and cable tension and/or internally geared hubs. Install new cables and housing.

Adjust brakes: Secure, inspect, and lubricate levers (additional charges to install a new lever). Secure, inspect, and adjust caliper. Adjust caliper pivots (if possible). Adjust pad alignment, centering, and clearance. Bleed hydraulics.

True wheels and adjust spoke tension: Wheels true to .5mm tolerance, spoke tension measured and adjusted as needed.

Remove, clean, lubricate, and reinstall drivetrain: Cassette/freewheel, crankset (both arms), both derailleurs, and chain.

Inspection and external lube: Clean and polish frame and fork, check torque on bolts, lubricate cables, lubricate brake lever pivots, inflate tires to maximum pressure rating. Make sure accessories are installed correctly and operating properly.

Test ride: Check for slipping, brake power, shifting performance, tracking issues, and noises.

Quality control inspection: Checklist filled out and provided to customer.

No additional labor charges to: Install new drivetrain components, cables and housing, grips or bar tape, brake pads, tire or tube, or align derailleur hanger.

Not Included: Installation of spoke(s), removal of seized parts, suspension work, or accessory installation.
